This year, we have a new partner, School 21, from which we will now accept young professionals for internships!
Sber School 21 is a free digital technology school for anyone who wants to change their profession and find their place in the IT field.
In mid-November, Dmitry Trusov, the company’s co-founder, visited Surgut as a «Super Guest» to meet with students at School21. He shared information about our company, our years of experience in the IT field, our projects, and the geography of our employees and partners.Он рассказал ребятам о нашей компании, многолетнем опыте развития в сфере IT, наших проектах, географии наших сотрудников и партнеров.
Natalia Begunova, the IT department coordinator, joined the meeting remotely. She presented the «Roadmap for the Growth of Interns in Our Company» to the students, shared her experience working with them, and discussed the challenges they face, as well as their fears and misconceptions.
After the presentation, we received our first internship applications.
